October..well it is finally getting warmer here, with the sun shining it’s heart out but also plenty of rain coming down too.

Canberra has moved into a lower water restriction level, the first time in 3 years, so that is very, very good news for the summer coming up.

Training is going well and we're well and truly into full swing for the Commonwealth Games Trials to be held in late January. It is hard some days, but coming together nicely, and I'm feeling very good about how my swimming is going.

I'm feeling strong and looking forward to seeing how I go in the upcoming Skins and World Cup events in November. Hopefully I can win a little bit of money too so I can pay off some Christmas bills that are already starting to creep their way in.
