A $1bn company, Fuji Xerox Australia has many touch points with our customers. In common with many organisations, customer advocacy and action risks being dispersed and diluted. Marketing worries about the customer as a lead; Sales worries about the customer as a prospect; Service worries about the customer as a problem. My job is to think about the customer holistically as they experience and engage with our brand and with all the people who represent us every day. I am also directly responsible for over $400m in annual sales revenue from solutions and technology sales, but more importantly I am charged with ensuring that those customers are customers for life.
