Beth Winchester is the General Manger Human Resources for Fuji Xerox and is responsible for both the Human Resources and Organisation Development teams.

Beth joined Fuji Xerox in 2006 after previously working with the Lend Lease group for 20 years working in both Human Resources and the Finance areas. She has a passion for aligning organisational capability to business strategy, and has been at the forefront of improving Fuji Xerox Australia employee experience, diversity and engagement.
