In our recent survey by Fuji Xerox Australia of the small to medium business (SMB) community (February 2018, Digital Transformation in SMB) we found that whilst businesses want to digitally transform, 60% have not started or are still at early stages.
The delay in transforming is largely down to a lack of budget and lack of IT resources. Our message to these organisations is that digital transformation does not have to be complicated! Using a few simple tools and solutions designed for SMB, our customers can:-
- Scan essential data directly into business processes (accounts payable/receivable, CRMs and so on) or into document management systems.
- Integrate the scanned documents into workflows whereby data is extracted from the scanned document and organised into set fields using tools such as AWMS.
- Share data across flexible workers or even with customers using cloud connectors that link directly into your cloud suite (Google, Dropbox, Microsoft just to name a few).
