Couta Group - Automate creates a pipeline to faster business operations

Couta Group wanted to improve its stock control and delivery processes in order to ensure a timely delivery of its products to its customers. In particular, they wanted to streamline the company’s delivery paper trail to enable a faster response to customer enquiries, post sale.
Once Couta Group implemented Automate, a solution which scans the signed delivery documents and were matched back to orders and invoices and can be recalled quickly on screen when needed, they experienced many benefits.

ANZ - banks on a sustainable future with a managed print service

Before moving to new headquarters, ANZ?s printer fleet required considerable time for on-going maintenance and stock replenishment. Many of the devices were not used to their full capacity, yet when devices incurred issues, it cost ANZ employees in lost time and inconvenience, as well as creating bottlenecks at other operational printers.
ANZ implemented a fully managed fleet of multifunction devices and cost recovery software which offered ANZ full user lever accounting and tracking of all print history, as well as greater document security, they experienced many benefits.

Insight Advice - using EzeScan to become a paperless office

Insight Advice, a financial services firm based in Kotara, NSW, needed to move to an electronic, or digital, workflow to improve their internal processes and boost productivity, as well as deliver a more streamlined service to its clients. The company also wanted to improve its print performance in both quality and colour, whilst bring much of the company’s outsourced work back in-house.
After two ApeosPort multifunction devices were installed, which were integrated with EzeScan software to streamline the company’s document workflow, Insight Advice experienced many benefits.

Print Storm - whipping up a digital storm with the Color 1000 Press

As a result of Print Storm’s success within the Mid-Western Region of NSW, they were unable to keep up with the volume of work and were running out of floor space. In order to meet the demand, they wanted to boost their printing capacity and reduce the need to outsource longer print runs.
