TORGAS - Using DocuShare to reinvent their document management system

TORGAS, a group training organisation in Far North Queensland, wanted to establish a digital document management system that would future proof the management of all its records and documents, and reduce its operational costs. Comcare Technology - making a stand for document health and security

Spinal Injuries Association - New print technology fits helping hand like a glove

The Spinal Injuries Association wanted to address its inefficient print requirements which were causing bottlenecks throughout the organisation. They also wanted to improve the transparency and visibility of costs associated with their printing.
After a blended fleet of multifunction devices and printers were installed, along with cost recovery software to track costs, and a managed print service agreement to deliver increased reliability, the association experienced immediate benefits.

William Clarke College - full visibility of costs acheived through managed services

William Clarke College decided to complement its fully managed print service, and further consolidate its fleet of ApeosPort devices it implemented Image Gateway for Apeos, which enabled them to accurately track its fleet usage by individual user. The college also decided to centralise the school’s document services in a managed print centre run by dedicated onsite personnel. By implementing these systems and services, the college began to see many immediate benefits.
