City of Bunbury - Scanning and digitising records brings the City real benefits

The City wanted to establish a digital system that would future proof the management of all records and documents and help them to reduce costs associated with running the records department. The new system also needed to integrate into their document management system, SharePoint.
After installing a Fuji Xerox ApeosPort-IV C5580 multifunction device with an EzeScan scanning solution featuring OCR capabilities and integrated directly into SharePoint, the City experienced many benefits.

Mining Industry - Building a failsafe document system improves rail safety in remote regions

The mining company needed to ensure the latest version of the track condition report reached all train drivers and maintenance crew throughout the rail network, without the need of a computer. Fuji Xerox customised a solution utilising Image Gateway for Apeos to interface with the rail network and Fuji Xerox multifunction devices.
