Each year Fuji Xerox Australia welcomes high achieving graduates into our two year Associate Program. This is a national program with multiple opportunities.

Supported with training and guidance, the Associate Development Program encourages you to achieve and exceed your goals. You will be working alongside talented, supportive managers and will gain practical experience from day one in job roles with set real responsibilities. You will be presented with new challenges on a daily basis to help you develop and grow your skills and confidence.

Graduate Positions

Multiple graduate positions are available in:

  • Professional Services: In these client-facing roles you will understand and analyse client needs and drivers relating to current business processes and make recommendations to streamline their workflow.
  • IT: Utilising your computer science/information technology degree you will act as a technical specialist for your clients, from digitising their data to automating processes and developing web-based applications. Opportunities are also available for two business savvy technical graduates in Corporate IT, rotating through the areas of IT Project Management and Technology Services.
  • Business/Marketing: Managing projects across our integrated sales and marketing environment will see you working on marketing programs using multiple channels.
  • Sales: Bringing strong relationship building skills, you will manage corporate client accounts, provide consulting solutions and develop new business.
  • Supply Chain Operations: With your Manufacturing/Operations/Logistics or Supply Chain Management degree, we have two opportunities in Mascot, Sydney for graduates with strong analytical skills. You will get the opportunity to rotate through various areas of our supply chain operations.
  • Accounting/Commercial: Utilising your Accounting/Finance degree, there is a great opportunity for an Associate Commercial Analyst in the planning and strategy team. Opportunities are also available in the Global Services pricing and contracts team.
  • Human Resources: You will have the opportunity to rotate through all the areas of the Human Resources department in your two year program. We are looking for a HR graduate with a strong interest in business analysis.
  • Sustainability: An integral part of the Sustainability team, the role will focus on community and sustainability communications.

How to apply

Applications for our 2013 graduate intake have now closed. Recruitment for 2014 graduates will begin in July 2013.

To be considered for this program, it is required that you demonstrate a balance of the following skills and attributes:

  • Have graduated by the end of 2011 or 2012
  • Appropriate tertiary degree, which may include:
    Information Systems, Computer Science/Software Engineering (database), Operations/Manufacturing/Logistics/Supply Chain Management, Economics, Commerce, Business (Management, Marketing, HR, Accounting), Sustainability/Environmental Science or Arts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team-work abilities, developed through your extra-curricular involvement
  • Motivated, adaptable, energetic, solution focused
  • Embracing change, personal accountability, and outcome focused
  • Willingness to be challenged to continuously improve
  • Committed to achieving outstanding results
  • Must have full working rights in Australia at the time of application
  • Minimum credit average
