Roger Pearce
Executive General Manager, Corporate Affairs
Roger has responsibility for Fuji Xerox Australia’s Legal, OH&S and Quality Assurance compliance and plays a leadership role in coordinating the company’s commitment to Sustainable Development and, in particular, its Environmental Management System.
He has spent over 25 years with Fuji Xerox and Xerox Corporation both here and overseas including an Asia Pacific assignment in Singapore where he managed the Global Accounts program. Roger most recently managed the company’s Corporate and Office Solutions marketing activities in Australia. In his Corporate Affairs role he now draws on his marketing experience to ensure that the interests of customers and other stakeholders are an integral part of the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
As a previous Director of the Business Information Industry Association, Roger actively supported the establishment of minimum standards for Extended Producer Responsibility across all supplier companies.
In his non-corporate life Roger’s interests include music, motorsport and he is deeply involved with activities within his local church. He is married with two adult sons and has recently assumed the new roles of proud grandfather to Veronica and ‘father’ to Toby, a highly spirited black labrador.
