Document Flow Services

Using advanced digital conversion software, ApeosPort-II 5010 easily converts hardcopy documents into digital format for distribution. Users/administrators can also program any of the mailboxes on the device to perform numerous activities with the documents sent to them. These include, print, scan to email and/or sending to a server/PC using SMB/FTP protocol.

Management Services
