To enable eAssist services, the following server specifications are required:
Operating System (32-bit & 64-bit): Microsoft Windows® XP Professional with at least Service Pack 3
Microsoft Windows® Media Center with at least Service Pack 3
Microsoft Windows® 2003 with at least Service Pack 2
Microsoft Windows® 2008
Microsoft Windows Vista® Ultimate, Business, & Enterprise with at least Service Pack 1
Memory: Minimum 512 MB RAM for Microsoft Windows Media® Center, Microsoft Windows® XP, and Microsoft Windows® 2003 (Recommended 1 GB RAM) Minimum 1 GB RAM for Microsoft Windows Vista®, Windows 2008 (Recommended 1.5 GB RAM)
Processor: Pentium 4 (or AMD equivalent) processor 1.7 GHz; or better
Hard Disk: Minimum free space is approximately 380 MB, where 280 MB of that is for the Microsoft®.Net framework, if not previously installed
Video Resolution: Minimum 1024 x 768
Permissions: You must install the application software on your networked server using the administrative account or an account with administrative privileges
