Women held 18.8% of management positions in our organisation as of 31 May 2007 when we submitted our last report to the Equal Opportunity for Women in the Workforce Agency. Our approach is to ensure we have the best people in each role. We also recognise the value of diversity in all its forms - our organisation can only be strengthened by varied contribution from a range of mixed voices. Our goal is to support and progress gender, generational and cultural diversity within the business.
