Fuji Xerox Australia aims to engage our employees in the business as well as in environment and community activities. Our priority is to enable a committed, empowered workforce with responsibility and accountability for their contribution to business objectives. We appreciate our business achievements are directly linked to the performance and engagement of our people.
We take our role as an employer seriously and monitor our performance in this area. We are planning to develop and conduct a customised employee engagement survey to replace the previous employee satisfaction survey. This survey will provide more meaningful indicators of how effectively our people strategies, practices and leadership are engaging our employees in the business.
