Takayuki Togo, Managing Director Fuji Xerox Australia
Togo became Managing Director of Fuji Xerox Australia in October 2018, after two years as Senior General Manager Marketing of Fuji Xerox Asia Pacific Operations in Singapore. Togo brings more than 30 years of business and industry experience to the role including his extensive global experience in corporate strategy & planning.
In his prior role as Group Manager of Corporate Strategy at Fuji Xerox HQ in Tokyo, Togo has effectively leveraged his business acumen, industry experience and leadership skills across planning, strategy, marketing and general management. He has a deep understanding of the printing business both in international markets as well as Japan having worked with Fuji Xerox for over 30 years.
Previously, Togo worked as Vice President of Marketing with Fuji Xerox China Limited as well as Business Planning Manager for the International Business Group both based in Shanghai. Other roles he has held at Fuji Xerox include Leader of Corporate Planning Group, Corporate Strategy and has spent time on the Fuji Xerox Overseas Trainee program in the United States.
Takayuki has a Bachelor degree from Keio University, Tokyo Japan and a Masters Degree from Stanford University, California USA.
Duncan Thomas, Chief People Officer, Fuji Xerox Australia
Duncan became Chief People Officer of Fuji Xerox Australia in February 2019, after eight years based in New York, USA. He has more than 20 years of business and human capital experience, including an extensive track record of leading teams that deliver business results in times of significant transformation.
In his prior role as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Pearson Education, Duncan championed the strategic and operational leadership of Talent (Learning & Development, Talent Management & Acquisition, Diversity & Organisation Change) across the company. Previously, Duncan worked for American Express in the USA and Australia for eight years and held senior HR roles for AMP and Telstra.
Duncan has a deep understanding of building human capital strategies across key international markets including Australia, USA, China, South Africa, India and Latin America. He is known for his inspirational coaching leadership style and strong influencing approach, having worked as a trusted advisor to senior executives at Board level.
Duncan has a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Sydney and a MBA Degree from the University of Technology, Sydney.
Graham Ford, Chief Financial Officer Fuji Xerox Australia
Graham became Chief Financial Officer of Fuji Xerox Australia in October 2018 and brings more than 25 years of business experience as well as significant industry experience to the role. He has extensive global experience in corporate finance and accounting, tax and business planning.
Graham has worked for Fuji Xerox for over 12 years, across a number of finance roles, most recently as CFO of Fuji Xerox New Zealand. Prior to this role, he was CFO of Fuji Xerox Malaysia and Managing Director of the Fuji Xerox Shared Service centre in Malaysia. Earlier at Fuji Xerox he held the position of Asia Pacific CFO for the Printer Division based in Sydney.
Prior to this, Graham worked for Vodafone UK and Vodafone Australia in various commercial finance roles. Graham started his career at Ernst & Young in London.
Graham is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales), is a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries & Administrators, plus has an MBA from RSM Erasmus University. His degree is with the University of Birmingham, UK
Tony O’Connor, Chief Sales Officer Fuji Xerox Australia
Tony became Chief Sales Officer of Fuji Xerox Australia in October 2018, after two years as Managing Director & CEO of two start-up Digital Transformation technology consultancies based in Australia. Tony brings more than 30 years of business and industry experience to the role including his extensive Asia Pacific experience developing Vendor Financial Services businesses for Fortune 500 companies.
In his prior role as Vice President, Philips Capital APAC, Tony led the Philips Capital business across 14 countries in the Asia region to facilitate market channel growth for all Philips business units, create competitive market differentiation, de-risk the balance sheet, and accelerate cash collection. He has a deep understanding of building customer service excellence. Through aligning people and resources to achieve business growth via effective sales strategies and sales operations productivity, Tony nurtures a strong customer-centric culture based on a consultative and solution orientated approach.
Previously, Tony worked for Hewlett-Packard Financial Services for near 9 years as Vice President & Managing Director, Asia Pacific & Japan and as Vice President Sales in a prior role. Other senior roles he has held include Managing Director, Finance Analysis Services of Australia, as well as Vice President & General Manager Asia Pacific with Dell Financial Services in Singapore and General Manager Asia Pacific & Japan with GE Capital in Sydney and Hong Kong.
