Remote support for printers and other equipment

Fuji Xerox offers a variety of remote support services that are designed to reduce downtime for our customers by managing all their equipment effectively. The Fuji Xerox Regional Solution Support Centre (RSSC) is a solution support centre based in Asia Pacific that is equipped to offer tailored support to all our customers with advanced multi-lingual support tools (7 languages), monitoring, technical skills and problem resolutions.


Fuji Xerox Regional Solution Support Centre (RSSC) is an Asia Pacific based solution support centre. The centre is capable of providing customized and value-adding support services for our customers on account of the advanced technical skills, monitoring and support tools, multi-lingual language support (7 languages) and problem management experience.

 logmein LogMeIn Rescue is an innovative system that gives our engineers the ability to provide advanced remote support for technical issues and printer maintenance. Our team of specialists can engage in an online sessions to speed up the troubleshooting process and bring resolution rates drastically up to 89%.

 ep-bb The EP-BB service offers managed services for the monitoring, maintenance and replenishment of printing supplies. Any possible problems with supplies and equipment can be addressed before they occur with a central point of management.

Fuji Xerox's online support consist of the Online Support Assistant, an integrated program that uses the web to help customers connect instantly to troubleshooting manuals and equipment information any time they need. With well over a thousand sources of information on offer, customers will be able to quickly find a solution to any issue.

On-site Support

If issues cannot be resolved with online support, our team of qualified experts can quickly carry out any on-site servicing and printer maintenance to have you fully operational as quickly as possible. The team will be briefed on any issues before arriving so that they can instantly begin works to find a fast resolution and remain productive. Our full team comprises of:

  • 100 mobile vehicles (56 service vans)
  • 3 regional service depots for spare parts
