MyAccount Customer Frequently Asked Questions

Multi-Functional Devices:

Press Machine Status on the contract panel

Select Billing Information or Billing Meter tab

Click on it twice

 

Printers:

Press the Menu or System button on the front of the machine.

Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to display [Meter Reading].

Press the [Right] arrow button, [Meter 1] will be displayed.

Use the [Up] and [Down] arrow buttons to scroll through Meters 1 to 4.

 

WorkCentres:

View the Linear Usage of Media

Press the [Services] button on the Control Panel. The Services screen will be displayed on the Touch Screen.

Select [Machine Info] from the Touch Screen. The Machine Information screen will be displayed.

Select [Machine Information] to display the machine information. The following will be displayed:

Linear Usage: This is the amount of media that has passed through the machine.

If you have forgotten your password or you would like to reset it, please go to https://www.fujixerox.com.au/myaccount/forgotten_password.jsp 

Enter your email address and select ‘Send.’ An email will be sent to you containing a link to reset your password.

When choosing a new password, the new password should follow the below protocol:

Passwords must be

* Minimum password length is 8 characters

* Passwords must contains at least one lowercase character

* Passwords must contains at least one uppercase character

* Passwords must contains at least one number

* Passwords must Contains special characters e.g.!@#$%^&*(){}[]

* Example: Queen123!

I would like to set my machines up for automated meter readings, how can I do this?

To register for automated meter readings please complete the form at https://www.fujixerox.com.au/en/Remote-Services-Registration

Log into MyAccount under the heading ‘Invoice & Account Details,’ there will be an option called: ‘Invoices and Current Account Balance.’

Click on this link to access your invoices, if you have not been given access, then click on the Register button.

Log into MyAccount under the heading ‘Invoice & Account Details,’ there will be an option called: ‘Previous Months Statements.’

Click on this link to access your statements, if you have not been given access, then click on the Register button.

To pay your invoice please go to https://payonline.fujixerox.com.au/

 

Alternatively, you can use one of the below options:

  • By Cheque: Please make cheque payable to Fuji Xerox Australia Pty. Limited and send it with your Remittance Advice.
  • By Credit Card: Please go to payonline.fujixerox.com.au to make a credit card payment using your American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Diners Club card.
  • By Direct Deposit: Your payments can be directly deposited into our ANZ Bank account.

Advise your Client Relationship Office of the change along with a copy of registration if the ABN has changed.

The name of your Client Relationship Officer can be located at the bottom of your tax invoice.  Alternatively, please call 1800 028 962 Option 5 to reach your Client Relationship Officer.
